The team at Rebelle hosts a thoughtful conference several times a year to empower women with a different theme and messaging for each conference. Each conference features healthy food, guest speakers, keynotes, as well as beautiful event designs by Mirna of Brousseau Events. VIPs were given the chance to take a professional headshot with an on-site photographer, and all ticket holders had the opportunity to get their hair done for a pampering feel for the self-care theme of this conference.


Our goal was to provide a fun addition to the Rebelle cocktail party kick-off as well as promote the conference through social awareness. Our goal was to not only use the targeted messaging to help spread the word to ticket holders and encourage the conference theme of self-care but to also increase the exposure of the conference to encourage and connect with future ticket holders.


We used our Richmond photo booth rental to generate targeted messaging and a CTA through a custom text and email message sent directly to guests sending their media to their phone or email. Our custom designs using the conference’s brand guide created a unique brand experience showcasing the conference brand, and the unique conference messaging, as well as gave the guests a fun element throughout the two-day event with an interactive experience to share on social media. We added a Tap to Start Screen featuring the Rebelle logo and matched all of the photo booth designs to the conference theme.

Our approach was to optimize the media taken by guests in the photo booth with specific formatting to allow guests to instantly share their content and create social awareness of the event.

A call to action was used for the custom text and email messages sent to guests sending their media to themselves. This encouraged guests to both share their content on social media and tag Rebelle’s social media to create awareness of the event happening in real time.


Our photo booth provided a fun element for the guests attending the two-day event of the conference from both the cocktail party kick-off to the day of the conference. We generated social awareness of the conference by creating Instagram-ready content for ticket holders to share the fun elements and takeaways of their experience at the event.
